At Ghurka, we stand behind the enduring quality of our handcrafted leather goods and offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label from our portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our workshop, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
